Phil Rutledge, BSN, RN

Active First Responder · Former EMT · Firefighter · Ski Patroller

With over 16 years in healthcare including emergency medicine, critical care roles, Phil saw firsthand how proper hydration and nutrient support can change how people feel and recover.

He also noticed a gap: most people who could benefit from IV therapy do not have easy access to it. Clinics are inconvenient, expensive, and impersonal. Phil knew there had to be a better way.

Hillbilly Hydration was born from that idea, combining Phil's clinical expertise with his experience in customer service and delivery to create a mobile wellness service that meets people where they are.

Whether it's a one-on-one session at your kitchen table or a full hydration unit at your lakeside wedding, Phil and his team bring the same professional care and down-home hospitality to every visit.
